#sorryasianparents EP14 | Affected Our Careers, Goals, and Dreams

Hello hello!

It has been some time since my last upload. I’m finally back in LA after traveling for work the previous three months…and, you know, trying to get my life together. On my first video back from hiatus, my two amazing friends, Lance and Garrett, will be joining me to discuss how our careers and goals have changed in the aftermath of Rona.

This episode will talk about The Great Resignation and some of the challenges that come with changing vocation or dreams or whatever we’re doing to pay the bills. We will discuss how our mentality has changed since our time in college and how it’s changed since facing a pandemic where we had to quarantine for 15 months. Along with the talk about change, we briefly touch upon mental health because these times have been hard for everyone. Below will be a list of resources if you need someone to talk to or a helping hand.

Comment below if you want to share how your career, goals, and dreams have shifted since the 2020 catastrophe. And also do the thumbs up and subscribe and all that stuff.

Weebthusiast EP05 – Mental Health and Why We Play Video Games (Especially during quarantine)

Hi Hi!

Well, it surely has been a while since I last posted a video on here. I haven’t stopped uploading, though; I’ve been posting videos on my other channel #sorryasianparents. But I still haven’t forgotten about this baby. Many of us Weebthusiasts have been busy with other projects, but we try to get together as much as possible and make some new content.

In this episode, Justice and I welcome our new friend Emilio on the show. It’s a new year, but everything still feels about the same. Since we are entering another stay-at-home order and have a new face, we decided to talk about how playing video games affects our mental health. We touch on what games we are currently playing, the community we have formed, and the positives vs. negatives from partaking in this digital pastime. We go on a few tangents, but we can’t help it. We’re just a bunch of excited gamers who are eager to share a piece of our minds.

If you’re also playing video games during this trying time, let us know! We would like to hear what games you’re playing and how you feel about video games.

Stage Name Comedy #02: Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and 3*tt Stuff

This is a quick video, I guess 40 min is quick, between Seth and I. The tone is a bit more serious than we intended due to the subject matter. We start off the convo with male anal foreplay and end it with a bright note about mental disorders and substance abuse. I want to remind everyone we’re not doctors so we may get some details wrong and we’re not giving anyone advice about anything. We are just talking about our experiences with alcohol, depression, social pressure on how to handle our emotions as a “man” and how I’ve experienced difficulty coming to terms with my *shudders in my computer chair* feelings as an Asian American male. I also apologize for my pj’s and shitty Internet connection.

Also, why does YouTube new uploading program kinda suck?
